These plans are designed to allow your business to select the most suitable and cost effective plan. As your business grows you can upgrade your account to another plan. The fine print
Fulshear Web Design / Convene IT USA hosting is provided by a third party hosting service. Convene IT USA does not offer a 100% uptime guarantee however our provider performs 24/7 network monitoring, so if an issue does arise, it is addressed immediately. Generally we expect a 99.9% uptime (not including software updates). Downtime can be caused because of many different issues including local internet issues, environment issues, security and server updates, and DDOS attacks.
Our hosting is charge in January of each year for the upcoming year.
